Lighting recommendations

What Is everyone’s opinion on parking lot lights? Do you prefer solar or hardwired lighting??

I think solar powered makes more sense. I ended up having hard-wired lights for my first lot but looking back I wish I had solar powered lights.

Yes, I like solar too definitely cost-effective, but I haven’t been able to find solar lights that are bright enough or at least for my liking. So I’ve been considering hardwired lights

Ya I do agree there. I have six different light poles at my property with two 75k lumen lights on each pole so that sucker is extremely bright at night. They are all hard-wired in but the improvement cost was around $50k to have a local vendor do that.

Thanks, Andrew my opinion solar power license match the output the Hardwired light Puts out. What is the contractor name you used to install your lights?

Oh gosh. It was a local guy out in West Texas. They are called Arrow Construction. They are a smaller firm but were great as they did some trenching, added the light poles and put in extra fencing.

What solar lights are using? I went with ones that had a separate panel you fix to it and we get a windstorm or two a year where I’m at and they all just made like kites and flew away

I was just chatting with Robert earlier. I didn’t ask the make of the lights. @rsingleton what is the make of those lights?
